San Luis Obispo based construction company looking to fulfill administrative / bookkeeping positions with limited responsibilities typical of a controller position.
Data entry and computer skills – Be able to create and manage excel documents, enter data in an accurate and timely manner, be able to double check for errors, ability to learn new software.
Good Communication – you will need to be able to work with other admin, as well as executive officers, sales / designers and construction field workers, vendors and clients.
Attention to detail while understanding the big picture – Be able to work within existing procedures while finding solutions to work smarter and more efficiently. Critical thinking and Accuracy.
Disciplined – Follow through on actions and complete processes fully in a timely manner. All work flows through admin and it is important to be able to manage the information coming from various team members to organize and process such information.
Organizational Skills - Ability to organize records and create processes to increase organization
Position is good for person who is calm, steady, good with numbers and accuracy, managing diverse range of processes, good time management, enjoys hard work, good with numbers, articulate, patient.
Position must be able to interface with;
- Executive officers
- Sales / designers
- Construction field workers
- Vendors and sub-contractors
- Inhouse admin and outside Accountants
- State and Federal offices.
Full time position available $20 -30 hr, no benefits.
