Mission College Preparatory Catholic High School is a diocesan secondary school serving 300 students, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Position Description
We are looking for a customer-service oriented individual to join our technology support team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing user support, application support and Windows and/or Chrome computer support. Experience with audio-visual systems and digital media software will be a plus. Additionally, the person in this position will have regular opportunities to learn new technologies and to grow their technical and professional skills during their tenure. Finally, it is essential that this person maintain a strong commitment to supporting fellow employees with kindness and care, in alignment with our mission and values.

Essential Functions

  • Monitor the Help Desk Queue
  • Assist Users with Computer or Classroom AV Issues
  • Provide Windows and Chrome Computer Desktop Support
  • Provide User Training and Support on Various Applications:
    Canvas LMS, Google G-suite, MS Office, Zoom Video Conferencing, etc.
  • Assist Other Department Personnel with User Account Management
  • Windows PC Repair, Upgrades and Imaging
  • Coordinate Printer Support
