Poor Richard’s Press has an opening for a print/embroidery Project Manager. This is a full-time position with compensation being based on the level of relevant experience and is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Poor Richard’s Press is a well-established, growing printing company the offers all types of printing, promotional product sales, embroidery, web design and much more.
A successful candidate will be involved in communicating with customers, managing projects from beginning to end, estimating, purchasing, basic accounting, answering telephones and emails from customers. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software and basic file prep is a plus.

Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to customers as soon as they walk in
Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Answer calls and emails
Address customer complaints and seek the input of Manager when the matters cannot be resolved.
Call/email customers to gather input to quote a print job, as well as to notify customers when jobs are ready.
Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude are essential.
Well organized and detail oriented
Professional, personable phone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
2+ years of related experience
Minimum High School or GED
